Thank you for your support of our Annual Continuity of Care Allowance (ACCA) program, where the program’s main goal is to recruit physicians to our clinics ensuring continuity of your care into the foreseeable future.

The cost of having a physician in an environment where there is a serious shortage can be priceless. We are managing the cost by taking a grass-rooted and crowd-funding approach to the problem. It costs $34,000 per physician to pay a recruiter to find a doctor and we have recruited 11 doctors in 2022 and 4 doctors in 2024. There is no other program like ours in the province, so it is quite unique and in our minds worth the small cost.
